The safety officers have been off the vehicles for nearly 600 consecutive days. Since the implementation of the project, a total of 86,000 vehicles have been transported, with a transportation mileage of more than 400,000 kilometers and a transported earthwork volume of more than 8 million cubic meters. The maximum loading volume of a single shovel in a single shift is 138 vehicles, the maximum loading volume in a single day is 657 vehicles, and the maximum hourly efficiency is 22 vehicles. Combined with the actual production, we have explored the operation mode of 'one road, three zones, and one center', and built a complete set of intelligent unmanned production and transportation control systems." In the future, the Guoneng Beidian Shengli No. 1 open-pit mine will fully promote the application of efficient autonomous unmanned transportation technology for all scenarios and links of transportation equipment, and complete the modification of 21 220-ton dump trucks, forming a fleet of 35 unmanned trucks in 5 groups with the 14 unmanned trucks that have been completed, forming a complete open-pit mine unmanned transportation operation system and realizing intelligent production of mining and transportation. In 2025, it is planned to form 5 unmanned truck operation groups to undertake the mining of 5 coal, 6 coal and the stripping tasks between 5-6 coal. On April 28 this year, the "Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Construction of Intelligent Mines and Promoting the Safety Development of Mines" issued by the State Administration of Work Safety and other seven departments pointed out that by 2026, a complete intelligent mine standard system will be established to promote the integration and interconnection of mine data, realize intelligent environmental perception, intelligent system linkage, and intelligent early warning of major disaster risks. The proportion of intelligent coal mine production capacity in the country will be no less than 60%, the proportion of intelligent working faces will be no less than 30%, the normal operation rate of intelligent working faces will be no less than 80%, and the replacement rate of intelligent equipment or robots for dangerous and heavy positions in coal mines and non-coal mines will be no less than 30% and 20% respectively. By 2030, a complete intelligent mine technology, equipment, and management system will be established to achieve deep integration and shared application of mine data, and promote the development of less-manned and unmanned mining operations.
