Recently, a group of HTC One M9 concept phone product pictures and videos launched by designer Jermaine Smit were exposed on the Internet. Its ultra-thin metal body, redesigned dual speakers, and extremely narrow frame give people a very amazing feeling.

Concept design released

Since HTC One (M8) and One (M7) were both made of metal and were favored by many consumers, this concept phone is also made of metal, and the BoomSound dual stereo speakers on the front seem to have borrowed the style of previous HTC models. At the same time, the overall design of the phone is quite slim, and the much-criticized "double chin" design has been improved. Combined with the extremely narrow frame, it can bring a higher screen-to-body ratio.

However, the concept map that was exposed this time did not show dual lenses, and the two flashes were designed on both sides of the lens, not integrated together, which seems to be different from what people expected. In addition, according to information released in the past, HTC's next-generation flagship product may use aluminum-based silicon carbide composite material (AlSiC) body material, and have dust and water resistance.

Add BOSE sound effects

Although the concept design of HTC One M9 was exposed this time, it is clear that the overall design concept still quotes many rumored features. Previously, foreign technology blog TK Tech News broke the news that HTC will redesign the BoomSound dual front stereo speakers of the next-generation flagship model. As for the specific approach, it should be to improve the size of the speakers and further reduce the utilization of the top and bottom baffles, so as to be able to install a larger touch screen while maintaining the original volume, thereby obtaining a higher screen-to-body ratio.

In addition, HTC is said to be considering establishing an audio partnership with the world-renowned audio brand BOSE, and will introduce BOSE's sound technology to bring more outstanding sound quality performance to mobile phones.

Coming in March next year

According to past speculation, HTC's next-generation flagship will have an ultra-thin body, and the touch screen will be upgraded to 5.5 inches and support 2K resolution.
