Samsung S6 flash failure revealed

Recently, some foreign users have reported that Samsung's new Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge may have a defect in which the flash cannot be completely turned off.

They described that the flash of some Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge devices seemed to be unable to distinguish the correct working state. For example, the flash would always be dim when not in use, and it would still be like this when the device was turned off.

According to the analysis of developers on the XDA forum, this is most likely due to a small amount of current leakage in the LED module.

Fortunately, Samsung officials have responded quickly, saying that it will be fixed through software updates and that the flash defect will not cause any hardware damage.
