SAIC-GM-Wuling: SAIC-GM-Wuling's sales in Q1 2025 exceeded 377,000 units, and the new energy sector surged by 121.9%

According to recent news, SAIC-GM-Wuling's sales in the first quarter of 2025 exceeded 377,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 12.3%.

Among them, sales in March reached 157,667 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 22.2%.

The new energy sector performed strongly, with sales of 89,633 vehicles in March, a year-on-year increase of 121.9%. Cumulative sales from January to March were 199,078 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 71.3%, with new energy accounting for more than 50%.

In terms of overseas markets, 17,667 units/sets were exported in March, a year-on-year increase of 2.9%. The cumulative exports from January to March were 53,385 units/sets, a year-on-year increase of 8.2%.

In addition, the Wuling Hongguang extended-range version will be launched in April with a pre-sale price of 68,800-73,800 yuan.

The cumulative sales of Wuling brand red-label models exceeded 156,000 units in the first quarter, and sales of new energy vehicles soared 779% year-on-year.

The sales volume of Hongguang MINIEV family exceeded 39,000 units in March, a year-on-year increase of 149%. The cumulative sales volume in the first quarter exceeded 86,000 units, and the cumulative sales volume has exceeded 1.55 million units.

Bingo family sales in March exceeded 19,000 units, up 53.2% year-on-year, with cumulative sales of 48,029 units. Wuling Xingguang family sales in March were 6,913 units, with cumulative sales exceeding 129,000 units.

Baojun Automobile sold 2,674 vehicles in March, up 127.2% year-on-year. The cumulative sales from January to March were 5,978 vehicles.

SAIC-GM-Wuling also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Mansour Group and ASAKA Auto to officially enter the Central Asian market. It also unveiled the global new energy concept car "Light of ASEAN" at the Indonesian International Auto Show and launched the "Worry Free" service brand.

In 2025, SAIC-GM-Wuling plans to promote the iteration of four products, accelerate the electrification transformation of overseas exports, and focus on implementing the "India, Malaysia and Thailand Integration" strategy.
