Go 1.4 is officially released, officially supports Android

Go 1.4 is officially released, the fifth stable version of Go, 6 months after the last stable version Go 1.3. Go 1.4 includes some minor language improvements, supports more operating systems and processor architectures; improves toolchains and libraries. At the same time, Go 1.4 also optimizes stability, and there are no changes in compilation and running, which is the same as Go 1.3. For more details, please see the Go 1.4 release notes.

The most noteworthy feature of Go 1.4 is official support for Android. The language improvement is the syntax improvement of for-range loop. The go command now has a new subcommand: go generate. There are also a lot of bug fixes and improvements.
