Implement a scroll view with parallax scrolling effect. The so-called parallax scrolling means that the screen has two layers of scrolling views, and the scrolling speeds of the two layers of scrolling views are different. Generally speaking, the scrolling speed of the front scrolling view is faster than the scrolling speed of the bottom scrolling view, thus creating a three-dimensional scrolling effect. You can adjust the parallax scrolling parameters. The smaller the parameter, the greater the difference in the scrolling speeds of the two layers, and the more obvious the parallax scrolling effect.
