Siri may be able to answer calls for you and convert them into text messages

If you have always regarded Siri as a target of ridicule when you are bored, then think about what else you can do besides ridicule. Recently, it was revealed that Apple is conducting an internal test to let Siri help you convert your voice into text messages. According to Business Insider, the service may be launched next year.

Let’s use an example to illustrate the new features that Siri may upgrade. When users are using iCloud Voicemail and it is inconvenient for them to answer the phone, Siri will answer the call for you instead of taking the user into the standard voice recording.

iCloud Voicemail will relay your location and information about why you can't answer the call. But the coolest feature of the service is that Siri can convert any incoming voicemails to text. It's unclear if the system requires carrier support. Currently, Apple's visual voicemail service is only available on certain carriers.

According to leaked information, a group of Apple employees are conducting personal experiments to determine the reliability of the service. If it passes the test, Apple may launch the feature in iOS 10.
