Wu Jingtao is currently the Vice President of Tingyun Technology, responsible for pre-sales, after-sales technology and technical support center. He joined the current application delivery field in 1999 and later switched to the application performance management field. He has a deep understanding of basic technologies such as network, security, optimization, virtualization, SDN/SDDC and multi-active data center. He was the technical director of F5 China. His work experience covers major industries such as Internet, telecommunications, finance, and government.

We all know that browsers and apps can be monitored by APM, but with the development of mobile Internet, more and more people like to read news and articles in WeChat public accounts or subscription accounts. WeChat has also become a marketing tool, and some H5 sites and H5 marketing have emerged. Based on this huge demand, Tingyun uses a set of its own monitoring APP methods, and uses the method of monitoring the small GS embedded in external pages, combining these two methods to monitor this scenario.

They are often happy to accept Tingyun's performance management methods from the perspective of user experience. For Internet + APM, it is an organic supplement, not a leading role. For example, many government agencies do not need to achieve the best user experience like Internet sites. In Wu Jingtao's view, the Internet is constantly changing, but one thing has never changed: users are king and user experience is the most important. When users use their mobile phones to access APPs, from what perspective should developers and operation and maintenance personnel consider the user experience? Tingyun hopes to start with the user experience to look at the operation and maintenance of the entire system, including development.
