After four tests, how is iOS15.2 polished?

This is a very strange thing. For iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 models, Apple has closed the verification channel for the official version of iOS15.1. Some models that have been upgraded to iOS15.1.1 cannot be downgraded or flashed.

However, if it is an iPhone 11 or older models, iOS15.1.1 has not been pushed, so the verification channel for the official version of iOS15.1 has not been closed. Apple's confusing operation seems to imply that the official version of iOS15.2 is not far away from being officially pushed.

The question is, how is iOS15.2 polished? The latest news is that Apple pushed iOS15.2 beta 4 in the early morning of December 3. This system upgrade is more like a check for leaks and gaps. It does not bring new features, but is mainly focused on fixing bugs. Beta4 brings 3 major improvements, which I will briefly talk about.

1. Since the release of iOS15, there has been a problem with iPhone 12 models: after upgrading the system, the SIM card cannot be recognized and a restart is required to restore to normal. In iOS15.2 beta4, this problem has been completely fixed. After the upgrade, the SIM card can finally be recognized without restarting.

2. Since the first version of iOS 15, many Apple fans have found that the automatic brightness adjustment function of iPhone 13 often fails. For example, turn off the original color setting, manually set the brightness without turning on automatic brightness adjustment, but after locking the screen for a while, the system automatically lowers the brightness.

There are more similar situations. Anyway, it just fails. It is particularly serious in beta3, which is extremely frustrating to use. At present, the problem has been fixed in iOS15.2 beta4.

3. After upgrading to iOS15, many Apple fans have found that the App Store cannot connect to the Internet. This has happened to both iPad and iPhone. The cause cannot be located, so they can only reinstall the system and clear the cache. However, in iOS15 beta4, the iPad App Store blank bug has been fixed, so there is no need to worry about it again and again.

If it is an RC version (close to the official version), the version number has no suffix, such as the last beta version of iOS15.1, the version number is 19B74. As usual, there should be a beta5 version.

In other words, at the earliest, we can see the official version of iOS15.2 at the end of December. If not, we will have to wait until next year.
