Another feature of Android 13 has been discovered: a virtual machine can be used to run the ARM version of Windows 11

According to android authority, with the release of Android 13 DP1, Google will focus its development on privacy and security, developer productivity, and application compatibility. In addition to the known appearance and bringing new photo picker features, it will also be consistent with OpenJDK 11 updates.

Now, a foreign Android and network developer @kdrag0n has implemented the ARM version of Windows 11 on a virtual machine on a Pixel 6 model flashed with Android 13 DP1.

The developer said that Windows 11 runs well, but does not support GPU hardware acceleration. Compared with before, the pressure on CPU, I/O, and memory is much better, and the performance is quite close to the native hardware level.

Moreover, the developer even ran various Linux distributions and released a video of actual machine operation.

The website stated that this was possible thanks to the addition of a new virtualization framework in Android 13. Google has significantly improved its virtualization capabilities, and this technology will also be a focus of Google's development.
