Job Responsibilities

1. Be fully responsible for website SEO, be familiar with web keyword analysis and optimization, be proficient in the principles and ranking rules of Baidu search engine, understand SEO technology, formulate search engine optimization strategies, improve website weight and website ranking in major search engines; formulate and implement company website SEO plan, and continuously optimize the website's SEO architecture;

2. Responsible for website traffic data monitoring and data statistics, able to optimize website content, structure and code in combination with the company's products and business, improve website traffic and conversion rate, and continuously analyze and improve the website;

3. Master the promotion skills of external traffic channels, and the construction and maintenance of internal and external links of the website, understand the methods of obtaining external links, and classify and organize external link resources, reasonably formulate optimization plans, and regularly submit external link execution plans and statistical reports;

4. Monitor and study the practices of competitors and other websites, and make reasonable suggestions for website adjustments around optimization;

5. Be able to clearly report work through various data reports, conduct effective analysis of relevant data on a regular basis, and form report documents. Responsible for comprehensive indicators such as the number of registered users, PV, PR, traffic, and improvement of the website.

Job Requirements

1. Technical secondary school degree or above, with certain theoretical knowledge and practical experience, and successful cases; those with relevant work experience in medical industry SEO are preferred, and are responsible for the website's natural traffic KPI;

2. Be familiar with the principles and characteristics of SEO and major search engines such as Baidu and Shenma, be familiar with ranking rules and patterns, and have strong logical thinking and analysis skills;

3. Have strong data analysis ability, can regularly and effectively analyze relevant data, and have good teamwork spirit;

4. Have strong summarizing and execution ability, data analysis and communication ability.
