1. Providing assistance services

The district government and relevant parties will provide relief services to non-local people who are stranded in Wuhan due to the control of channels leaving Wuhan and have difficulties in life (hereinafter referred to as non-local people stranded in Wuhan).

2. Providing food and accommodation

If non-local people stranded in Wuhan face difficulties in finding accommodation, they will be properly resettled by the local district government and provided with basic living security such as food and accommodation.

3. Providing Living Security

For those who are employed or studying in Wuhan, their units or schools will provide necessary living security.

4. Providing medical expenses

For non-local people stranded in Wuhan who are in urgent need of medical assistance, the district government where they are located will arrange for them to be treated in designated hospitals. If they really have difficulties, the medical expenses will be borne by the district government where they are located.

V. Temporary living assistance

For those non-local people stranded in Wuhan who are truly having difficulties in life, the civil affairs department will provide temporary living assistance.

6. Provide work subsidies

For those who wish to work and are in good health after passing health checks and medical observation, the district where they are located can recruit volunteers to engage in community epidemic prevention and other work and provide certain work subsidies.
