The second method we use is the ranking method, which tells users the importance and principles of issues, such as going to KTV to sing, or going to Kugou or QQ Music to listen to music. The second point: solving users’ further related needs. When users search for a product, they have further needs. For example, when a user searches for the price of a certain product, when they know how much it costs, such as how much it costs to open a clothing store, or how much it costs to open a Taobao store. In fact, it means that he is a novice and he doesn’t know how to open a store on Taobao. He not only needs to know how much it costs to open a store, he also needs the process of opening a store.
