Projects under construction that have completed construction approval before February 1, 2020

In order to conduct real-name management and assessment of construction workers, enterprises must contact the original real-name management platform technical service company and complete data connection with the real-name management platform before February 1, 2020.

Projects reported for construction after February 1, 2020 will no longer use the Zhongshan Housing Construction and Municipal Infrastructure Project Bidding and Tendering Project Construction Site Integrity Management System, and attendance will be uniformly recorded on the construction site real-name management platform.

Engineering projects that had attendance recorded on the construction site integrity management system for bidding and tendering projects in Zhongshan City’s housing construction and municipal infrastructure projects before February 1, 2020 will continue to use it until the project is completed.

The trial operation period of the construction site real-name management platform will last until January 31, 2020. During this period, no assessment or integrity deduction will be conducted. It will be officially implemented on February 1, 2020, and the implementation of the real-name system will be strictly assessed.
