LAN Connection Steps

Please reset the camera to factory defaults, the camera's default password is 888888. You can find the "RESET" button on the camera body, hold the button with a pin for 10-30 seconds.

Please plug network cable into camera and router. make sure your camera and phone connect the same 2.4G network.

Please open the Eye4 application, click the "+" icon, then select "Other"-"IP Camera"-"Wired Connection" to add the camera to the eye4 APP.

After you view camera real-time image , you can go to camera basic parameters to set wifi for your camera.

Unplug the Ethernet cable and wait for the camera to restart automatically.
WIFI Connection Steps
The IP camera is connected to the power charger.

Your mobile phone is connected to the WiFi.(Support 2.4Ghz wifi ( NOT SUPPORT 5Ghz WIFI CURRENTLY) )

Download the latest version of eye4.

eye4 scans the QR code under the camera.

Enter the name and password of the wifi.

Enter the camera's initial password.(888888)

Why can't my phone connect to the camera?

Please make sure your WiFi password has been entered correctly (no special characters or blanks).

Please make sure that when you configure your camera, make sure that the WiFi your phone is connected to is 2.4Ghz.

Please check that the camera and phone are close to your router or that the camera and phone are properly connected to the same WiFi.

Please reset the camera "RESET" button for 10 seconds or more to restore the factory settings, you need to reconfigure the network connection. Or try scanning the QR code to add the camera.
