Yesterday, there was a new message in the iTC backend:

You can now get help with development, distribution, membership, and other information on the Contact Us page. Just choose your topic in Apple Developer Support and send us a message or request a support call.

When I entered Apple’s official website, I found that the “Contact Page” had been changed! version! it’s done!

The "Contact Us" page is divided into 8 topics in total: Membership and Account, Development and Technology, App Setup and Distribution, App Review, Reports and Payments, Events, Reporting Issues, Feedback and Other Topics. Each topic is further divided into different types of questions. After the developer selects a specific question, he will jump to the corresponding page. Taking application review as an example, there are 6 different types of questions under this topic. Developers can choose a channel based on the specific problem they encounter.

After selecting "Request expedited app review" , you will be asked to specify the App and detailed information.

After filling in the information, the page will jump to the following page, which means that the submission is successful and you can wait for good news.

From this revision, we can see that Apple has classified the problems that developers may encounter in a more detailed manner, which can help developers efficiently and increase the response speed of emails/phone calls. Hopefully we won’t have to wait in suspense for an email anymore (napkins).
