All localities should, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on Military Personnel Pensions and Benefits, increase financial investment, vigorously improve the living allowance standards for elderly demobilized servicemen in rural areas, and effectively guarantee their living standards. The central government will increase the current subsidy standard by 200 yuan per person per month.
