Vulnerability reporting platform Wuyun also reported the incident on Weibo, which sparked heated discussions among netizens. One netizen pointed out that the reason why they could not quit the group was that iOS 8 would crash when a certain character segment appeared, and the group owner's name contained that character segment, so when they quit, their name was displayed, so it crashed.

As for the solution, most netizens said that they should change to an Android phone. However, some netizens also gave a feasible solution: first jailbreak. Run Cydia, wait for the data to load, enter Management - Software Source - Edit - Add - type in the 178 source address: apt.178.com, and then install the Arabic patch to solve the problem.

Tencent also responded to this matter as soon as possible, saying that the current situation of individual users exiting the group and exiting the group was due to the compatibility of some users' WeChat versions and mobile phone systems. Such problems can be solved by simply updating the latest version of WeChat.
