Cordyceps sinensis consists of a worm body and a fungal fruiting body that grows from the head. The best ones are those with bright yellow body color, plump and large body, yellow-white cross-section, and short fruiting body.

4. To treat tuberculosis, clean the duck and stew it for 30 minutes, then add Cordyceps sinensis and lily, cook for another 15 minutes, add salt and MSG as appropriate. 1. Partridge stewed with cordyceps

Ingredients: 500 grams of partridge, 40 grams of cordyceps sinensis, 150 grams of fish maw, 5 grams of tangerine peel, 10 grams of cooking wine, 20 grams of peanut oil, 5 grams of ginger, and 4 grams of salt.

2. Cordyceps and Turtle Meat Stew

Ingredients: 30 grams of Cordyceps sinensis, 250 grams of turtle, 90 grams of Northern Adenophora, 3 grams of salt, and 2 grams of MSG.

Ingredients: 100 grams of venison, 18 grams of seahorse, 9 grams of cordyceps, 20 grams of dates (dried), 5 grams of ginger, and 3 grams of salt.
