After I figured out how to build an operations system based on business logic, I found that this way of thinking can be applied to almost anything in life. I think everyone is familiar with the saying that everyone is a product manager . In my opinion, everything is operation, and everything in life follows the way of operation. It can be said that the saying that everyone is an operator is more reliable than that everyone is a product manager. How is everything operated manifested? Let’s take a look at the operational logic in life. If we don’t agree with each other, let’s give an example. So let’s start with the most basic and simplest example of eating. Eating is a simple thing in itself, but we can also try to break down the behavior of eating as follows. First, we can sort out the basic logic of eating. The most critical step: eat In order to achieve the goal of having food, the above actions need to be implemented, and they must be specifically implemented in terms of people, money and resources. "People", needless to say, is yourself; "Money", you don't have to pay for meals, unless the restaurant is owned by your family, haha; "Resources", for the matter of dining, the resources you use include life service platforms such as Meituan or Dianping, Amap, transportation , user evaluation information and the store owner. When we think of going out to eat, what is the first thing that comes to our mind? Where to eat? How to get there? These are things that we all think about subconsciously. This goal has been subconsciously formed in our minds, and we quickly make corresponding choices and implement actions. If you regard eating as a work task, you will find this task too simple. Because if you do something every day and repeat it for more than ten years, you will find it very simple. This is the importance of experience. The thinking about the basic logic and implementation methods mentioned above is at the thinking level. If you think it through and combine it with practical experience, you will be able to accomplish this task easily. Above, I took the most basic example of eating to think specifically about its operating logic, and then we will make further extensions. Then the thing comes up again. Single guys are feeling bored staying at home for too long and want to invite friends out for dinner and have fun together! We continue with our usual thinking, first sorting out the basic logic, and then determining what to do based on the basic logic. Without further ado, let's move on to the picture: The basic logic of inviting friends to dinner is to find a suitable place, notify the people you want to invite, and then complete the task of eating together. To do this, you need to think about the following points: 1. What kind of restaurant suits everyone’s taste? 2. Which location is more suitable for everyone? 3. How will they be notified? "People" refers to you and your friends, "money" refers to the money you need to spend on treating everyone to a meal, and "resources" refers to the external forces or platforms you need to use to treat everyone to a meal, such as Amap, Meituan, transportation, friends' opinions and suggestions, etc. In fact, if you think about it carefully, you will find that the same principle applies to finding a job, and you can use the same idea. The above logic is very simple. In fact, its idea is the same as our idea at work. When we are working and receive a task, we must first consider the basic business logic of this matter. After sorting out the basic logic of this matter, we will determine the goal of this matter, and then break down this goal and determine the specific work items, and finally implement it to people, money and materials. In fact, this is the logic of operation. Based on the above thinking, we can give a definition of operation: determining the goal of the matter based on the business logic of the matter, and then carrying out a series of work based on people, money, and materials (resources) around the goal of the matter is operation. The criterion for whether an operation is good or bad is whether you can achieve the goal with the least manpower, financial resources and materials. Let's take an online learning platform as an example to do a specific analysis. Then, as long as you follow this idea, won’t it be easy to succeed in doing anything? If you think so, you are totally wrong! There are many reasons why we fail to succeed in doing things: 1. The goal and ideas are wrong, which is the premise for success. 2. Things cannot be truly implemented in terms of people, money, and materials (resources). To put it bluntly, there are no people, no money, and no resources, or people, money, and materials (resources) cannot be implemented in place. So when you have the ability to set goals and organize ideas, the real test for you is the allocation and use of people, money and materials (resources). So in the end, we can conclude that there are two prerequisites for doing anything: The first premise is thinking. Sort out ideas, that is, sort out the basic business logic of what you are doing, set and break down goals, and determine specific work items based on the breakdown of goals; The second premise is experience.
