Interviewers are generally more experienced or have better professional skills, so don't try to be evasive. Fifth, when answering questions, do not draw conclusions on a certain question casually to demonstrate your judgment. This is ridiculous. Before the interview, you must take the time to get a general understanding of the company you are interviewing, such as industry evaluation, company development history, company main business, etc. This has nothing to do with work skills. It is a good operational habit that allows you to be proactive in work or contact. For example: When I first came into contact with e-commerce , I heard that there was a women's clothing store called Bloom. It was a very powerful store, with no customer service, and when a new product was launched, 2,000 pieces of clothing could be sold out within 3 hours, with a unit price of 349. I wondered how they did it, so I searched for all the information about Bloom on the Internet, followed the founder of Bloom, Jasmine, on Weibo, read it from beginning to end, joined the fan group, and bought two books they wrote, "Let's Travel While We're Still Young" and "Bloom: Everything is Beautiful, Let's Move Forward Together".  In fact, this involves a little operational skill. For example, a friend in the group asked: What are the promotion channels on the Internet? If I am not familiar with online promotion channels, I will first search on Zhihu and Baidu Wenku, list all the online promotion channels found, and then choose according to my actual situation. After making the choice, I will search for successful cases of the promotion channels I have chosen to see how others do it. Don't be naive to think that anyone will seek justice for you. ▎3. ​​Rigid working ideas and following leadership ideas I personally attach great importance to creativity. This creativity not only refers to the creativity of output content and operational ideas, but also the creativity of working methods and approaches.  In addition, you should pay more attention to organizing your own knowledge system, which is very important for personal growth. Pay attention to sorting out the knowledge structure and then continue to add content to it. 

 In the company's work, you should also pay attention to sorting out various tasks, such as sorting out corporate information, product information, etc. This will save a lot of time at work and quickly improve work efficiency. 

 ▎4. Keep in touch with the latest information and keep exercising Operations must be kept in touch with the latest information, which is regardless of industry. Only in this way can we better analyze data and accumulate materials. In other words, when chatting with different people, you can quickly find topics to get along with them. 60% of operations work is about communication, and common topics are an effective way to quickly narrow the communication distance. Secondly, you must have your own self-media channels, such as your own Weibo, your own WeChat public account , and your own Zhihu account, to write or answer questions of interest in your field of expertise. This in itself is an effective exercise for your own operational capabilities.
