Regarding joining an "SEO company", some people think that Party A companies have a single industry and rarely have opportunities to exercise, while others think that joining Party B companies can fully understand the optimization differences in the SEO industry and thus improve comprehensive capabilities. 1. Party A Company

When choosing a client company, many SEO trainees prefer to choose large Internet companies from the beginning, such as 58 in the same city. In fact, this is a wrong idea for SEO.

First, there are very few basic positions at large SEO companies. Second, timely and smooth entry is also a field that cannot be subdivided. For example, it is difficult to accumulate the overall prospects of SEO in a short period of time, and it is even a bit sad. Therefore, in the early stages of the industry, relatively speaking, it is ideal to choose to do SEO for small and medium-sized enterprise websites.

For SEO students, when choosing small and medium-sized enterprises, don’t think that you can become independent after signing up for SEO training and learning systematically. Therefore, when interviewing these companies, try to choose the position of SEO master. It is best to have an SEO management level and 1-2 SEO masters in the company, rather than choosing a company that you are independently responsible for optimization.

There is a disadvantage when choosing a Party A company. Usually when entering a Party A company, the first thing to do is to check the SEO project manager. Many business owners cannot understand the long cycle of SEO optimization. Therefore, the heads of SEO departments are often under high pressure to meet key performance indicators. Its optimization strategies often focus on short-term results without long-term planning.

Therefore, it's difficult for you to learn anything real in such a company. You only need to ask the other party a question, how to look at Baidu's fast ranking, and you can make an effective judgment.

2. Party B’s Company

When you are trying to choose Party B's company, you can ask the other party if they are rotating. Generally speaking, SEO companies will have a large number of orders in each optimization cycle. Party B's professional company will attach great importance to the cultivation of SEO talents, conduct regular training, and improve the ability of each SEO personnel to be independently responsible for this project.

(2) Resource accumulation

One of the biggest benefits of working in an SEO company is the accumulation of SEO resources, including news media resources, link resources (friendly links + heavy external links), social network resources (regularly attending SEO network conferences), etc.

This will accumulate a large amount of available resources for future self-employment. If you have this idea, you can choose Party B's company.

(3) SEO Salary

For Company B, most of the approaches to SEO operations focus more on strategic SEO, usually taking achieving set goals as their responsibility without much consideration of long-term conversion rates. Therefore, from the perspective of SEO, for in-depth operations, there is a little deficiency compared with Company A.
