But I believe that new media will definitely encounter a product that cannot be verticalized, or if you are a new media operator on Momo, can you only write about hookups? Obviously not. Many APP public accounts rely on humor, hot topics, and entertainment to maintain their activity. However, users will follow you because of funny articles, but after following you, will they download your APP because of funny articles? The probability is too small. If you cannot attract a large number of fans vertically, then try to increase your exposure as much as possible. Of course, you also need to increase the exposure of vertical apps. By increasing exposure, advertising can be displayed, thereby driving APP downloads. Next, I will introduce some new media channels that I have personally tested. First, let’s take a look at the three best channels: Toutiao, Yidian Zixun, and Sohu Self-Media. These three channels have been in operation for about two months (copy the articles from the WeChat public account ). Except for the paid channels, the natural growth of the APP fluctuates between 50 and 150 per day. The operation was stopped for half a month, and the natural growth rate dropped to 10-20 per day. The data here comes from an APP that has received Series A financing and has approximately 50,000 users. According to the market price, one registered user costs about 10 yuan, so 50 registered users would cost 500 yuan. Based on 30 days, the savings would be around 15,000 yuan. Therefore, even the most basic operations can achieve this level, and if you work hard, the amount of data will be far more than that. Let’s look at some basic comparisons. Because the advertisements you can place for personal accounts are free, and the display method is similar to the advertisements at the end of WeChat pictures and texts. There are still clickbait titles! If an article on Yidian Zixun does not have tens of thousands of recommendations, it is not a good article. On average, the traffic is roughly the same as that of Toutiao. However, only two articles can be published a day, so this is compensated by Toutiao, which can publish five articles a day. But if the title is very fascinating or the content is somewhat pornographic, it is not difficult to get 40,000 to 50,000 views. Sohu self-media is really the media channel that attaches the most importance to clickbait that I have ever seen. There is nothing more to say. The title from four or five years ago was just right on Sohu. 3. In the two months of operation, all the articles were high-traffic and high-quality articles on other platforms, but the company did not obtain the formal operation qualification in February. If you cannot officially operate, you will not be recommended and can only rely on search. QQ public account : In internal testing, the internal testing code cannot be obtained.
