E-commerce market trends and product selection in June!

Note: The following hot-selling product recommendations are based on the product sales data of various channels tracked by Kuaixuanpin (Tencent Fengye, Doudian (aggregating the product data of the original Douyin store and Toutiao Luban), and Dudian) and are further calculated and statistically sorted. The recommendation basis is the new sales of different products on the corresponding platforms during the period.

1. Market Overview

In terms of the distribution of new products, sales of clothing, shoes and bags accounted for 40%, still at the top of the list; in the Doudian channel and Tencent Fengye channel, clothing, shoes and bags firmly occupied the first place in each category, and had a large gap with the second-ranked category.

T-shirts are still the No. 1 best-selling item on the entire network. Except for facial masks, all other best-selling items on the entire network are clothing, shoes and bags. Based on the search data of users of quick selection merchants, merchants pay more attention to clothing items and daily necessities, mainly items for sun protection and cooling down.

Among the hot-selling items in various channels, Doudian is mainly dominated by clothing items, while the top three hot-selling items in Kuaishou stores are all food items, indicating that consumers have great potential demand for fast food and snacks.

The Douyin platform launched the "Douyin 618 Good Products Festival", and interest-based e-commerce has become a new shopping choice for consumers; Kuaishou even launched the "Kuaishou 616 Quality Shopping Festival" two days in advance, and live streaming with goods is currently the hottest promotion method.
