The Beijing Traffic Management Bureau stated that reports of traffic violations made through the "Beijing Traffic Police Snap Shot" WeChat applet should be real-name reports, and the reporter must provide real name, identity information and contact information. Assist the public security traffic management department in conducting case investigations when necessary. What are the reporting requirements?

1. Video reporting: The minimum length of the video must be no less than 5 seconds and the maximum length must not exceed 20 seconds, which is continuous, uninterrupted and can record the illegal facts. Among them, when reporting illegal behaviors while a motor vehicle is in motion, it is necessary to ensure that there is obvious displacement and the video length is not less than 5 seconds; when reporting illegal parking behaviors, the video length should be greater than 12 seconds.

How to report traffic violations through the "Snap" platform
