(I) Entry requirements for individual advertisers

1. Opening a corporate account and opening a personal account cannot be changed. Once selected, it cannot be changed;

2. The specific advertising platform for personal account opening shall be subject to the actual provision of Tencent Advertising;

3. The industry promoted by the advertising material must be consistent with the account opening industry;

4. When opening an individual account, only the advertising content of the account opening entity can be promoted. Advertising on behalf of others or promotion of other products that are inconsistent with the account opening information is prohibited;

5. Advertising materials are prohibited from promoting counterfeit brands and prohibited items, as well as any items prohibited by the Advertising Law;

6. Prohibit online pyramid selling;

7. The main domain name of the account opening must be exactly the same as the main domain name of the material promotion link;

8. It is prohibited to use Weibo and QQ Space as promotional links in advertising materials.

(II) Qualifications and requirements for individual advertisers

1. ID card: Individual advertisers who want to open an account need to upload photos or scans of the front and back of their ID card, as well as a photo of them holding their body. Copies or scans are not allowed. Photos must be clear and composite photos are not allowed.

2. Personal website: To open an account by building a website by yourself, you need to provide an ICP registration certificate, and the website must have actual information published, with at least 5 sub-pages. If the website involves business operations, individual account opening is not allowed.

3. Merchants on e-commerce platforms: For example, shops on Taobao, Yihaodian, etc., they need to provide the real-name authentication information of the store owner registered on the e-commerce platform or Alipay account information to prove that the store operating entity is the same as the individual account opening entity. For merchants on e-commerce platforms that do not have real-name authentication, they must provide the name of the payee and the physical transaction records for the past three months. The payee information must be consistent with the name of the advertiser who opened the account.

4. JD.com merchants: To open a JD.com merchant account, you need to activate the JD.com direct investment product, the address is https://jzt.jd.com.

5. If an individual advertiser violates the entry requirements and provides false identity documents or qualifications, Tencent Advertising has the right to block their account.

(III) Access to the industry for individual advertisers

1. Franchise recruitment

(1) Access through personal stores on e-commerce platforms

(2) In the form of a personal store on a non-e-commerce platform, only self-owned brands are allowed, and a "Trademark Registration Certificate" must be provided

6. Outdoor sports

Infant and young children's food must provide either a "Food Business License" or a "Food Production License". For imported food, a "Commodity Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Certificate" must be provided.

(4) Infant formula

The milk powder manufacturer's Food Production License and the appendix to the production license must indicate the specific varieties of infant formula, follow-up formula and toddler formula that the manufacturer is licensed to produce; or the Food Business License must include infant formula in its business items. Imported milk powder must provide the "Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Health Certificate"

It is necessary to provide a filing/approval certificate, game version number (version number approved by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television); if it involves game, video, audio publishing, and display functions, provide a "Network Culture Operation License"; if it involves software, provide a "Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate".

13. Clothing, shoes and hats
