CPD Bidding FAQs

1. What are the standards for promotion and application display?

Bid × quality. After setting up a promotion plan for a product, if no downloads are generated in the data report within 60 minutes, it is possible that the comprehensive result of unit price x quality is low and it is not displayed in the CPD position. In this case, in the short term, you can improve the ranking by increasing the unit price of the promotion plan. In the long term, you can improve the ranking by optimizing product quality and increasing the unit price.

2. How much does CPD advertising cost?

Only downloads brought by display in the promotional position are charged, and downloads in other positions are not charged. The cost of each download is determined by the bid.

3. Is there a scheduling conflict between CPT and CPD?

There will be no conflict. The delivery effect generated by each delivery plan will be counted and billed separately. The CPT position purchased on the same day will not be replaced by CPD, and no CPD payment will be generated.

4. How to participate in CPD bidding for platform activities?

The platform activity registration information will be published in a timely manner on the "vivo promotion platform page-activity registration". Advertisers can query the platform activity information in the "activity registration" module, select the platform activities that meet their promotion intentions and submit their registration requirements. After passing the activity qualification review, they can participate in the platform activity CPD bidding.

5. Unable to apply for an invoice in the invoice application interface?

Please first confirm whether your account is bound to an agent.

Unbound agent: There is an invoice application portal, which can be applied directly through the background.

Bound agents: There is no invoice application entrance. Please send an email to [email protected] to apply for an invoice for the recharge amount before binding (please provide detailed invoicing information and invoice recipient information, including but not limited to company name, tax identification number, bank account opening and bank account, address and registered phone number, etc.). The invoice for the recharge amount after binding should be applied by the core agent.

6. Unable to submit application for additional payment on the recharge interface?

Please first confirm whether your account is bound to an agent.

Not bound to an agent: You can directly submit an application for additional payment

Bound to agent: Funds are allocated by the agent.
